DC is very strict about their train laws....no spitting, no eating, no homeless people, and definitely no white people.
got my picture taken in front of the washington monument, ate at Fuddrucker's (cholesterol to go) and we managed to beat the storm until like devon, whereupon the wrath of the heavens fluffed us.
