Eating plan is going very well, although it's really only the first full day. I have stuck to nothing but fruits, veggies, and rice today. And I went to the Y this morning to work out--and I'm going tomorrow and Friday with a client. So that'll be great. I was a little worried about Shabbat dinner on Friday at L'Italia, but I think I'll just get a big salad and some risotto or something similar. And when I weighed myself at the Y this morning (post work-out, pre-food), I was about six pounds less than what the work scale said. So that thing is definitely off. But I'm still pretty high up there. Hopefully, I can be at least 15lbs lighter by next Friday. That would put me within 15lbs of my goal. Yay! It's been hard today, but I've had the willpower. I have a bit of an empty feeling high up in my chest, and I really like that. I'm going to do a few more exercises tonight, and I'm not going to weigh myself every day at the Y. Every few days. I'll do my main checking by trying on various articles of clothing that have not been fitting me. I can't wait to be smaller. I'm so glad I stepped on that scale yesterday; it was just the kick in the ass that I needed!
