Here's a funny little ficlet that I wrote. I don't know if this sort of thing is allowed or not. Feel free to delete if inappropriate for the community.
Some mild language and violence, but nothing too offensive.
The man grinned behind his ski mask as he saw Rebecca shoot him a dirty look. She struggled against the handcuffs he used on her.
“You’re going to help me get into the main server, whether you like it or not. If you cooperate, maybe I won’t kill you afterward,” he taunted.
The man stopped when he heard a shuffling around the dark room. It was fairly big, and her was certain he could sneak up on the intruder.
Kaiba turned on a light to the storage room.
“Don’t mind me,” he said. “I’m just trying to find the right file. Apparently, no one seems to be able to follow the alphabet properly anymore. It’s hard to find good help-”
The masked man held up a gun to Kaiba. He shouted, “Don’t move or I’ll blow your brains out!”
“Hey, now. I’m not going to fight you; I just want the right damned file. Besides, I have enough people yelling in my ear without adding her whining.”
The masked man looked puzzled, but did not lower his gun. People normally froze and cowered before his almighty firearm.
“I take it you’re not familiar with Rebecca? Well, trust me, I do something to incapacitate you, which would be easy, and I’ll have to hear her say ‘why can’t you let me fight my own battles?’ ‘I just about had him! Why do you always steal the glory?’ It’s all bitch, bitch, bitch with her.”
“I said don’t make me blow your brains out!”
Kaiba sighed, much like a frustrated teacher would with a difficult pupil. “I just said I wasn’t going to do anything. Besides, she said that if I kept your attention on me, she’d let me watch.”
“Watch what? You get your head blown off?” asked the masked man. He was seriously starting to get angry.
“Behind you, Einstein,” said Kaiba.
The masked man turned around just in time to meet Rebecca’s metal clipboard as it hit his face. He fell to the ground, unconscious. The handcuffs clinked onto the clipboard, one hand of it undone.
“That,” said Kaiba. “Never stops being funny.”
