Edit: Oh yeah, Happy New Year ya'll! Party girl that I am, I almost forgot ^^
Earlier in the week someone brought me a beautiful silver-haired bat he had found on the side of a city street. He seems very healthy, so I'm just gonna fatten him up with crickets and mealworms and release him in the spring when it gets warmer. Managed to get a couple of videos of him - Here he is getting a drink of water from an eyedropper. Shortly after which he got away from me and flew around the living room for several minutes. At least I know his wings are fine!

Warning: If you think the sight (and sound) of a cricket being messily devoured by sharp little bat teeth might disturb you - DON'T WATCH THIS ONE!

And a few pics - Here's Jazz the skunk, in her little nest. She likes to stuff it full of newspaper. Luna is in there too - even though I've got two hideouts, they always cram into the same one; how they fit, I have no idea! I'm still trying to get good Jazz video - she's not been very cooperative though >_>
And three of the six little opossums that I've been overwintering. They're all growing beautiful fluffy winter coats finally, and when I went to check on them they all gave me scary opossum faces, which is what I like to see for my wild childs (as opposed to "hi mom, where's lunch" faces).
