Was foiled again in my attempt to carpet clean! One of my favorite aunts was in town and got a last minute supper invite - she lives in Santa Barbara, made a quick stop while traveling for something else in Indy, got to hang out with various family members I don't see often and had very nice salmon and looked at pictures of her latest photo exhibition - she's a photographer, 80+ years old now and still going strong - mom and other!aunt who are not artistic types puzzled hilariously over the symbolic 'pregnant woman superimposed on tree earth mother' and other more emotional abstract pieces, other!aunt wants to go with me on The Voice and sing so I can get a date with one of the judges she thinks is cute??? idk, lol. It was a fun evening, well worth living with the dirty carpets a little longer ^_^
