My insanity, yup that's it in a nutshell.
Projects on the go: apartment reno's (my somewhat unstable and OCD mother will be coming to visit in 3 weeks)
Try to figure out LJ without going insane in the process. OOPPs too late ;)
Start patterning my hubbys new fighting gambeson...
Take kids to eye appointments and dentist now that benefits have kicked in.
Explain to mom why her boyfriend can't come with her when she visits.

Have a talk with Trinity's friend (Adrian)'s mother. He up and punched her in the stomach for no reason (I was there) and now she is having SEVERE abdominal wall pain several days after the fact. i think it strained the muscles since they were relaxed at the time. I feel bad since the kid does have behavioral issues but I can't have and won't put my child at risk for the sake of politeness. She has had to miss 2 swim practices and gym at school. Poor kid can't even do a sit up without crying, today is slightly better but if it continues she will have to go to the doctor.
Try and figure out how to defeat the Warcraft servers and free all its minions. Well this one is a long term project but damn if it wouldn't make me cheer and get some fireworks!!!!!!!!!
the good news though is that I said no to 3 projects this week. Yup that's right, I learned the word No and it really felt quite liberating.
Vicki phoned me the other day just to say Hi and totally made my day. I miss being able to just hang with friends and talk. I may be in a bigger city now but it really is just like starting all over again. I don't always see eye to eye with the other kids parents since I seem to alone in thinking that kids need to have consequences to their actions that make sense. I also don't go to the hair salon once a week. Like I have time.
