Consumer beware -- Magic Moments Events & Their Facilities

Apr 23, 2010 14:35

After approaching each of their facilities -- finding them listing themselves as providing flat rate/all inclusive pricing and not finding it on the website I called. At this time their sales person "informed" me that their version of "all inclusive" means you pick their services/prices and add them up.  She also proceeded to tell me that "all inclusive package pricing" doesn't exist, because in her 20+ years of experience she would know.
Upon presenting the following review on Kudzu, the owner of the company called Kudzu to have them all removed.

There is nothing 'non-factual' and the emails quoted are from the owner.
The owner feels it is "ill willed" for consumers to warn other consumers of possible confusion in the marketplace.

Elusive "all inclusive package pricing"
by "all-inclusive" we mean that we provide you with cake, flowers, food, planning . Apparently they do offer one all inclusive package, but it is not on their website: You know, if we put every single product and service we offer on our website and all the things we can do based on our 23 years of business our website would be quite large We do in fact have a an all-inclusive package called Fringe Benefits and we typically share that with people who are looking for certain Friday and Sunday dates as it is not a package we offer on Saturday evenings So their "all inclusive package pricing" is not available at all times, nor can you review it online. Technically, if they have this option, they would indeed be offering an "all inclusive package price". Just haven't been able to see it anywhere, which if you are researching online/by phone, makes this not a readily available option. Suggestion: add this feature to your website.
