To locate and update In-Character (IC) medical records easier, I've decided to make this organizational post.
How it will work:
1. Your character fills out the medical form ICLY.
2. I comment with the information given under their FIRST NAME.

2. What species are you? Phoenix / Human
3. Name of place of origin? The New World, on the Grand Line
4. What is your gender? Male
5. What is your age? Older than you'd think, young where it counts
6. Any allergies or special needs? Weak to Avian viruses. A flu shot yearly can fix that.
7. Medical history? Usually capable of regeneration.
8. Have you gotten sick since your arrival here? Went to visit Accido and that had some effects. Also Tatsumi's blood sucking, but that was weird.

[ooc: Hasn't been stated for canon yet, and Oda is kind of weird so the types could end up being totally different, but that's what I use for now.]

A. How did everything go? Did your powers effect the city? I spent 4 days blacked out thinking I was just a bird. Apparently I also stole Nami's bra for a nest, and Luffy gave me an egg to incubate which got cooked by Ace.
14. What abilities do you possess? Phoenix. Phoenix flames regeneration, and so on.
