Worship Him, Bitches!
I wanted to post an update of random stuff, but I feel it would be too True Blood heavy, so here's me getting the True Blood stuff out of the way:
~ Maryann is one twisted bitch. The actress was great, I just feel the story line was badly handled. The stuff in the middle of the season was just too drawn out, too repetitive, too slow to develop.
~ The Sookie/Maryann scenes in the finale were great. Lafayette asking Sookie to undress was kinda icky... Poor Sookie.
~ Speaking of Lafie... I did not really care for him in the first season, but this second season made me really love the caracter. I hope we are going to see lots of him in the third season.
~ Bill, I love you, ok? I dont' care what others are saying, you are my favorite vamp in the serie. Very clever to use Sam's abilities against Maryann. I really loved how Sam's arm came out of her chest when he took her heart. I know it sounds twisted, but I thought the scene was really well thought out, really well done.
~ Sam. I LOVED Sam in the finale. He was so great! I was getting worried he'd die (even tho I knew he would not). Bill giving him his blood, I would have liked to see that...
~ Anyone noticed the woman who was sitting at the bar and spoke to Sam, after the whole "wedding" scene was done? That was Charlaine Harris, the author of the Sookie books. I don't know why, but it made me ridiculously happy to see her in the episode.
~ Jason and Andy - very unlikely pair, but for some reason, I really like them together. What they did for each other at the end of the episode... I really wonder how it'll all turn out.
~ No Lettie Mae in this episode. I was oddly disappointed they didn't show Tara apologizing to her mother. Although it made sense not to show that, since Tara doesn't remember what she's done, and Sookie's not telling her.
~ I really didn't like that Sookie told Eggs about what happened. He did not need to be tourmented with his maryann-haze-induced actions.
~ Never thought Eric was sexy before, but his scene with the Queen Sophie-Anne? Hum , yeah, that was really freaking hot. And how poor humiliated Eric got back up to play Yatzhee... lol Priceless. Hadley let slip that she knows Sookie...
~ Eric's scene with the Queen leads us to believe that what happens to Bill at the very end is because of Eric... It's easy to go there, I suppose... I wonder what will happen with that story line.
~ Jessica/Hoyt... That made me sad. :( Poor Hoyt.
