Fucking Feet

So I am making good progress with all the walking and jogging. I've lost a little weight and people are noticing. It is a good feeling. It gives me motivation to keep at it.

A bad feeling is when you wake up Sunday morning and can't even put weight on your foot because your ankle hurts so badly. It pisses me off. I am going to lose my progress. It is feeling significantly better today but it still hurts. I am going to try riding a bike I think so I can get some exercise while I wait for it to get better.
