i feel like the guitar thing was a metaphor. (and if it wasn't, please ignore my idiotic rambling) like, kris thinks he's fine with katy (his current guitar) and he doesn't need to trade up for adam (the glamalicious guitar). but adam thinks he should, cause what if the glamalicious guitar (adam) would be the best thing ever? hmm. anyway. *on to the next part*

took me about 3 hours to completely get through this and it was totally worth it :)

i absolutely adore this entire story and can see the hard work you put into it.

You also go their personalities and voices so good, I'm very impressed.

I especially loved the guitar's symbolism :) Very interesting!

"The strength of the stare was crushing, and Adam had to look away to get his bearings. Quickly, he looked down, then back up again, forcing his lips into a small smile. Kris didn’t return it and suddenly he realized Kris wasn’t looking at him, he was looking past him.

Adam glanced over his shoulder and saw Katy sitting on the couch behind him. Her hands were clasped under her chin and her face was glowing, her eyes gleaming with emotion.

His tongue felt thick as he swallowed and pulled his eyes away, back to Kris who was now looking down at his fingers as they moved along the guitar strings.

Kris was looking at Katy, not him."

Damn you.
You made me cry.
