today the instructor for kika's cotillion said that you can't dance if you're a lesbian because you're not feminine. it really upset me because that kind of stereotyping is what causes incidents like the assault and death of matthew shepard, among other things.

not every lesbian is manly, not every gay man is flamboyant, not every homosexual is trying to hit on you, not every asian speaks poor english, not every black person commits crimes, not every mexican is here illegally, not every person from the middle east is a terrorist.

everyone stop acting stupid because you'll make me a snob and give me a superiority complex.

more importantly, why do we do this to each other? why are we hurting mankind? why can't we open our eyes and see what we've become? and if we do see how much we judge and stereotype, how can we live with ourselves? i don't get it...
