No, writing is a very good thing. I like to write too, but I can't, 'cause I don't trust my parents to not find and then read it. Writing is a VERY nice way to vent, a way to get everything out, so you don't have to deal with INSANE stress, breakdowns, panic attacks, or beat it all out later...
