I don't think ive ever been this upset in my entire fucking life. First of all i'm being fined 500 fucking dollars for damages to the skatepark. I lit a pizza box on fire, threw lighters in it and did tricks over it. I also put lighter fluid on a rail and grinded it. Absolutely no fucking damage at all. So now, because some fucking stupid pig has nothing better to do than fuck with kids, I have to hire a 2000 dollar lawyer to defend myself. It's been 4 months. 4 fucking months since they took my camera and filed this bullshit case against us. And a few days ago when my friend who I was with was shcedualed to go to court, the police said they can not testify because they never looked to see if the skatepark was damaged. They fucking filed a court case against us, making me and my best 2 fucking freinds thousands of dollars on lawyers, and couldnt walk 200 feet behind the police station to look at the skatepark and see if there were damages. How can you sew us for damages if you don't even know if there are any. As if that's not fucking enough, they had to lie about how we got arrested to. Ofiicer Patrillo, the fat fucking piece of shit, said that the fire marshall came, saw us lighting fires and warned us to leave. Then he said that we "laughed at him" and kept doing what we were doing. Not only did he lie about this, but he also fucking said that we were the ones who spray painted "Pd" on the ramps at the skatepark. Not only did he fucking lie about it being us, he said we had ourselves on film doing it, which is pretty fucking impossible considering we didn't do it in the first place. So now because a couple of asshole cops have nothing better to do but file bullshit police reports and press fake charges on skateboarders, we are all over 1000 dollars in debt. Not only that, we also can face up to 3 fucking years of probation and 500 dollar fines, and theres not a single fucking thing any of us can do about it.
