Who could have faith in humanity?
So I started writing this song...and I KNOW it's gonna piss people off.
It's not against like christians or religious people (since I would consider actually a lot of my beliefs to be christian-based). It's kind of pointing out the twisted mentality of those who believe God is good and God is love...but will needlessly kill others or show prejudice.
Anywhoo.
The only line I have (it came to me while I was just messing around, and so now I know I have to write the song) is "It's amazing how we'll kill you for who you love, tie you to a fence because we're doing God's work"
I wasn't necessarily trying to make a anti-hate crime or gay-bashing song...but that's what it's turning into, and so it's become the first kind of political, oh-im-gonna-piss-people-off-but-dont-care song.

Why I updated is because I was looking online and found this site called godhatesfags( http://www.godhatesfags.com/main/index.html

I'm sooooo upset reading through this absolute bullshit. They list how many days Matthew Shepard has been burning in hell. They say that Katrina was God's way of killing all of the "fags" in New Orleans.
I don't even know what to say about it except that this is why I stopped going to church and completely lost faith in some people.
Whatever.
