All I can say is if you're squeamish, then don't eat before going to see this movie. This is easily the most gruesome and gory movie out of the whole series.
The second movie leaves off with the detective being locked in the same place as where the first movie started, and that's exactly where this movie starts. I don't know why all movies lately feel the need to have to jump back and forth with the storyline, but since this movie concludes the whole series I can excuse it.
As usual, there is a bunch of little life or death games along with one giant one that the movie spends the whole time following. However, in this movie all the different scenarios connect into the main one instead of remaining seperate from the plot like in the other movies. This movie does a good job of connecting all three movies together, but instead of a definite ending, the movie is once again left open for the possiblity of another installment in the series.
Like I said this movie is extremely violent and bloody, it goes way beyond anything from the first two movies. I can almost guarantee there will be a few scenes in the movie that will just make you cringe, that is unless you're a sick sadistic bastard who finds people being slowly and cruely tortured to death funny.
This isn't really a scary movie as much as it is just gross, but overall it's a pretty good movie, especially considering I saw it tonight on Halloween. Although it's a decent flick, I still think the first one is my favorite.
