It's been a long knight.
It was, however, a crowning achievement. Royal flush at poker night, beat out all the rooks. I'm now 20,000 yen richer. I can make rent this month! It's exciting.
I'm worried however about a completely different matter. Being King for an evening has suddenly made me perplexed about my receding heir line. I found more hair in the sink than usual when I combed it out --- dammit, I would look ridiculous bald. Like a cue ball.
I also pawned my Ugly Chair off onto Ittchan. Another man's trash is another man's treasure, I guess. It clashed with my hair. And the rest of my living room.
