Second day of cold-watch
A slow day. I perked up a little around dinner time. I looked up what to make with different things in our freezer. I will empty you yet, freeze-erator. We added pre-cooked turkey sausage to our margharita pizza. I just made some turtle bars from a recipe someone posted on facebook, so I can use up some of the pecans. Probably won't eat it until tomorrow, since it has to cool. No clue if it is going to work out or not. I have recipes for a vegetarian black bean chili and a corn casserole waiting for tomorrow.
I did a little quilting. I get stuck easily. So I just do a bit, then if my brain freezes, I pick up something else and do that. Still, the fatigue made it a short journey.
