laundry list of activities
Saturday: iFest with Steven and Karen.
All weekend: tons of work work happened. Same again next weekend, maybe the weekend after. Late nights for sure. I will be glad when I get caught up and the May audit is over.
Saw Kick-Ass last night. Sort of liked it, Steve loved it.
Two days until Steve leaves for Sweden, so boy-related activities are happening, like seeing a movie, cooking together, etc.
Cats had worms, so Steve had to take them in yesterday to get treated. Cats peed on our stuff on the floor in the kitchen, so time to clean up the stuff we dorpped there. Three times in a week, maybe they WERE feeling sick. We took a round of the house last night, feeling all soft surfaces, just in case. What with getting them a shot, emptying the fountain waterbowl, and moving a few of their favorite cushions, we thought they might dress up as ninjas and attack us when we got home.
Yet, I woke up this morning unable to move my feet. Two cats, two feet, much cuddling. Sometimes, there is forgiveness.
Oh, and large flying cockroaches are showing up indoors this week. Happens about twice a year. Ick. Weather change. Time to call the exterminator to visit.
