(no subject)
today I went to Avenue to see if I could find some new work pants.
I found pants. Pants that were too tight, too long, too big, too short.
it was like being goldilocks without the happy ending of finding something "just right".
and I'm 5'6.5" (5'7 according to my dr). Why is it that I have to wear a platform wedge in order to keep "average" length pants from pooling on the floor? and then petite (if you can find it) are like capris! (in the same style!!!!!!)
On the plus side I did find a new pair of jeans, 2 new tanks for work (red and royal blue - 2 colors I was hoping they would do - I should have bought a second of each...) and cute new shirt. I know I shouldn't buy stuff for myself during the holiday season - but seriously, if it's this difficult for me to find a pair of pants that fit - is anyone else going to suceed in this quest?
