I'm so tired lately.
And my side has been acting up. I saw one of out theraputic MTs. she did a lot of good work, I just have to try not to agrivate it anymore.
I want to start an exercise program of some type.
I'm thinking about starting small, baby steps.
I'm also thinking of starting a food diary. Most people do this so they can track what they eat and eat better. I'm hoping that it will help me remember to eat.
I will need support (positive, not negative). You don't have to say anything - just think happy thoughts.
