[It was an early morning at the bakery, nobody was there and it was still locked up for the night. In the kitchen at the back was a huge cake fit for a massive party, a good 3ft tall at least. But the strangest thing of all was that the cake was wobbling, shuffling even. That was until a girl burst out of the top, gasping for air.]

So I was right in assuming it's a communications device then... when you say there are quite a few of us, do you mean people who've been kidnapped?

Yes! It's rather amazing isn't it? A book that you can talk into! Who would have thought it possible? And yes, that's correct. I'm not sure of the exact number but...we're from all different worlds and timelines. You might be lucky enough to meet some people from your own world here though.

Sorry about that, Luna isn't very patient with these things. You mean to say we've been kidnapped to another world? I don't remember being abducted by aliens, and you don't look like an alien... you don't have green skin or anything...

Ah! But, have you heard of a man named Bang Shishigami? We were supposed to find him, yet... last thing I recall is kind of blurry. It gives me a headache.

You'd think if we were on some alien planet, then everyone would look totally different! Or have like, three eyes, and ten legs, or shoot lasers from their ears! That's so boring if everyone looks the same.

Mm it's not that he might not be here, because there are rather a lot of us. I'm sure if you ask over the journal or around you can get a more solid verdict. I hardly know everyone you see! So there might be some hope!

Well you managed to make a voice entry to the entire village, so that's a very good start! You can also do videos with the little camera attached and written entries as well. The little box is where you write! It's a rather fascinating little device. I think you can also...keeps things so they get posted to only certain individuals or groups of people.

[ Helios is still so bad at filtering though, so, yeah. ] I'm not very good with these technological things myself though.

Oh! So the stupid book can do a lot of non-stupid things. Luna is gonna have to take a proper look at it and see what she can do. Can I spy on people with this, the same way it's spying on Luna?
