For people in Math 215 who have done the math lab (or at least the beginning), HOW THE HECK DO YOU FIND ANOTHER PARAMETRIC CURVE TO EVALUATE ON THAT WON'T CAUSE MAPLE TO GO INTO A COMA?!?!? Honestly, I've tried unions of lines, parabolas, creative kind-of-parabolas, all in an attempt to give Maple something it can swallow. But I can't even know if the curves I am choosing are valid because bloody Maple can't take the line integral of them, even after ten minutes of thinking. It would be really awesome if one of you had a curve that ended up working, because I have a feeling going to Math Lab will do squat, and I will leave with another batch of parametric curves that will end up not working when I actually get to try them out.
