Surprise! Im actually updating? WoW.
Yeah, Im at the Library, I had to stop to check mapquest.com for directions somewhere, so I figured I might as well check my mail and update LJ.
Im doing alot better from my last post. Ive had a few job interviews this week, me and Beth have started running, and Ive quit drinking. Of course I wont totally quit drinking, but Im done drinking the way I was. I realize I have a problem, Ive had substance abuse problems since I was 12. Ive been reading alot of self help books, and other books, and books and books and books. Its amazing how much you can change whats wrong in your life by learning how it got so messed up. And I know in my case I had two culprits, a jerk ass boyfriend, and always getting fucked up-everyday-excessivly. Now these 2 things are out of my life, and so many things are getting better. I look forward to waking up everyday now, instead of waking up with a nasty hangover and having no motivation. Anyone can get anything they want in life as long as they have that motivation.
I dont have plans yet for tonight, though tomarrow me and Michelle are going to a carnival. Our friend Ray is working the beer garden, so Im sure we get to drink for free :) Good times. Im so glad to have Michelle as a friend too, shes been totally supportive of me these past few weeks.
I think the library lady wants me to get off the comp already, so peesh :)!
