HAINE RELATIONSHIP LIST, TAKE TWO!
Haine's life is changin'~. I've just taken the old list and added stuff onto it/moved people around XD;.
I've put asterisks next to the names of people who have had stuff added to their descriptions/have moved/have been added since the last relationship list.
People She Would Protect With Her Life:
~ *Suzushiro Haruka: to Haine, Haruka fills the void of her best friend back home, Usio. (Though the two probably aren't that similar.) She's dependable, sensible, and always understands. Lately, Haruka admitted to liking Haine but even though this kinda shocked Haine at first, it doesn't really bother her anymore. She still likes Haruka just as much as before and would trust her with her own life.
~ *Gongji: Haine's feelings for Gongji are increasing day by day~. She's estatic now that he acknowledges her feelings and feels the same way, of course. However, Haine is still conflicted in her heart as to what to do about the matter of when camp ends. She loves Gongji enough that she'd follow him back to Ancient China, but she knows that's impossible for a number of reasons, the most important being that she has people who love and depend upon her back home. There used to be a time when Haine thought of nothing but this decision she's going to have to eventually make, but for now she has given up worrying about it (consciously). Haine isn't one to fret over things, so right now she is trying to live in the moment and enjoy as much time as she can possibly get with Gongji.
Really Close Friends:
~ *Hanasaki Momoko: ... The two have a really scary amount in common. Haine's happy when she finds people who think like her! Lately she's tried to relieve the pressure of cooking from Momoko and Ying, so she likes to think of herself and Momo as "kitchen buddies". She also has a deep respect for Momoko because of the suffering she has been through (re: Jiang Wei) and the fact that she still remains strong and happy.
~ *Honshou Chizuru: It took her a while to figure out that Chizuru swung that way. Now that she knows, she doesn't like Chizuru any less. She was just taken by surprise and isn't exactly sure what to do now. Haine hasn't spoken to Chizuru in a while, though she still considers her a good friend and would like to catch up sometime.
~ *Ishida Uryuu: Even though these two haven't talked a great deal, Haine attatches herself to people quickly. He was one of the first people she became friends with at camp, and she imagines that if she ever had an older brother, he would be like Ishida :O (even though he's only a few months older, shhh). She also admires him for his strong sense of duty and his desire to always protect people he cares about. Haine would like to spend more time with Ishida-niisan, but sometimes she's afraid that's she's bothering him because he always seems to be doing something important XD;. She also not-so-secretly plots to give him hugs at every opportune moment.)
~ Heine Westenfluss: The name-loving :O! That, and since he's so, ah, close~ to Ishida, she sees him as like... the older brother-in-law :o? (She also has major hair-envy.)
~ *Haruno Sakura: Haine now considers Sakura to be an "extremely cool" person :>. She's a ninja, she packs a punch, she has pink hair, she's nice, she enjoys picking flowers AND she helps people re: being a medi-nin. But even after all that, she doesn't consider Sakura to be a person she "looks up to"-- instead, she thinks of her more as an awesome friend.
~ *Lu Xun: Haine doesn't know why she has warmed to Boyan-san so much, but she has. It's probably because of his friendly and unassuming disposition, but whatever the reason, she feels inclinded to look out for him (she thinks he's a little stupid-- which is kinda funny, considering) and
People She Looks Up To:
~ Sohma Ayame: Haine's almost jealous of Ayame's "ability" to see through love's problems so easily! She also looks up to him since the first round of the triathlon when he and Gunter were leading the team she was in ^^;.
~ *Gwendal von Walde: ... Haine has so much love for von Walde-sensei and his plushies :O! And she wants him to be little again so she can pretend he's her younger brother. Also, the grumpy exterior doesn't fool Haine at all. She may not be very bright when it comes to most things, but she does have an innate sense for guessing people's hearts (except when they're in love with her, heh). She thinks he's a good person and would like to get to know him better.
~ *Huang Yue Ying: Haine looks up to Ying in a certain way. I mean, she's married, yet still kicks ass--how much cooler can you get? Plus, she cooks well AND she's clever. Two traits Haine would like to emulate.
~ Uotani Arisa: Arisa's actually somewhere inbetween "close friend" and "person she looks up to". She feels a special bond with Arisa because they have somewhat similar pasts and she can empathize with that. Arisa acts a lot more mature than Haine though, so she'd probably be more of an older-sister-type-figure to Haine.
Friends:
~ Erk -- Thinks Erk needs to lighten up :O!
~ Excel -- Haine likes Excel because she thinks she's the only other person in the camp who understands and empathizes with her (not so) undying love for and dedication to Shizumasa-sama Gongji.
~ *Hyuuga Hinata -- Haine has gotten to know Hinata a little better recently but not much. She wants to help Hinata be more confident! She thinks that Hinata is adorable and a nice person, and loves having her around.
~ Kon-El/Superboy -- Thinks Kon is cute but a little strange :o.
~ Murata Ken -- Not sure what to make of Muramura but he's a nice guy! ... Even if he says some weird things.
~ Tot -- ... Tot gave her catnip. Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeee. And she pokes people with an umbrella and used to carry a bunny around. That's gotta count for something.
~ *Anakin Skywalker -- Haine likes hearing Anakin's stories of his world back home~. She's a bit of a dreamer, so sci-fi-type things are automatcally awesome to her!
~ *Minashiro Soushi -- Reckons that Soushi is a little too serious at times, but is a nice guy! She wants to sing random "happy" songs at him to make him smile.
~ *Nokoru Imonoyama -- Haine detects a kindred spirit within Nokoru-kun! He's always very polite to her and that makes her feel spesh~.
~ *Gan Ning -- Xingba is a friend of Gongji's, therefore automatically a friend of Haine's! ... She doesn't quite know what to make of him, yet.
~ *Sagara Sousuke -- Haine considers it her mission in life to teach Sou-chan how to have fun :>.
~ *Hasegawa Chisame -- Hasegawa-san always seems responsible and is good friends with many of her own friends, therefore automatic rabu-points!
~ *Tsukiyono Omi -- Haine likes Omi because he seems kind and considerate, AND he owns a flowershop~. He has a sort of calming effect when she's distressed.

And for Haine, it doesn't get much lower than "acquaintance", unless you do something to really make her angry (like hurt somebody close to her or infer that she is a Kamiya and not an Otomiya), or really weird her out. I don't think she really gets scared easily (though it's easy enough to make her spaz), even though she seems the type (remember, ex-gangster).
Nobody has really been mean to her at camp so far though, so hey. She's probably more scared of the tentacle monster than the Camp Director.
If Haine has had even ONE conversation with (one of) your character(s) and I've missed them somewhere on the list, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me so I can put them there too XD;. (It's an easy way for me to keep track of who she's met.)
