Another occasional outburst
Not much to report, but having recently got into the blogging habit on the FrightFest site (25 films, five days, some good, one genuine classic, several bits of dross, and the company of some of the loveliest, funniest, smartest and nicest people on this Earth) I figure I should use this thing. Besides, I really want to get back into the writing routine rather than mindlessly doing nothing.
I'm also seeking to initiate some changes in my life. To begin with my job: it's boring me into a coma and I'm not even being that well paid for the privilege. I've been doing it for three or four years now and I don't believe it's ever going to lead anywhere. Time, I think, for a change.
And having isolated the cause of my principal problem as loneliness, I'm not musing on what to do about it. Several have suggested online dating, but I'm a little unsure about it. At least I'm secure in the flat now; pretty well everyone who had my old address has been updated, and I'll be getting broadband installed this week.
