Something about your tone and the overall impression I get from your application just screams Ravenclaw. Your reasons for wanting McGonagall in the forbidden forest (because of her logic), the fact that you trust/respect her because she is a "smart witch", as well as the thorough and patient way you explain yourself. Also, this:
I love playing with words and I love stories, both telling and creating them.
Your love of word play and creativity are very eagle-ish traits to me. Your +/- traits had me thinking a bit of Hufflepuff (particularly your concern for others), but there's a whimsical, thoughtful vibe in this application I just can't ignore. Your mirror of Erisid also shows you as having a "reasonable amount of education" - something that 'claws hold to great esteem.
Good luck with the rest of your sorting; you seem like an awesome person!

Despite your identification with Harry, I got a sense of intellectual curiosity and creativity that would make the doorknocker in Ravenclaw Tower fall in love with you.
I was actually trying to decide between Gryffindor and Hufflepuff. Not that you're not smart, because you do seem to be, but to me there was more of a Gryffinpuff vibe there than anything else. Overall though, I really thought based on your +/- traits that you would be best suited for Gryffindor.

Mostly, I see Gryffindor and Ravenclaw characteristics in your application. However, if I add the tone the app has behind those characteristics to the mix, that pushes you more towards the Ravenclaw side.
Hmm, from the get go, I was in between Gryffindor and Hufflepuff. For instance, you chose professor as your Wizarding World profession, but you chose it for two reasons that were distinctively Gryffinpuff. You want to help the younguns learn magic and enjoy the comfort of the castle, but at the same time are intrigued by the mystery and adventure that lies within. But then, you saw the subject -- Charms -- as an important one because of it's creativity which is very Claw in my mind

I was deciding between Gryffindor and Ravenclaw for you. However, what really stuck out the most to me was your answer to your relation to the characters. You had a very detached view, and with your postiive and negative characteristics, your reasoning for choosing Minerva McGonagall... yes, Ravenclaw.

I flip-flopped between Gryffindor and Ravenclaw through most of this application. You approach things very much like a claw and your traits could suit either house very well. I think the overall tone this was written in and your Erised answer were the tiebreaker for me, however: Ravenclaw!
