  • What sort of profession in the wizarding world would you choose and why? I'm not entirely sure. I don't even know what I want to do in real life. It's fun to imagine being an auror, but in the end I really don't know how suited I'd be for it. Perhaps a librarian. I love books and I bet that the books in a Wizard library would be even more exciting than Muggle books (yes I'm a bibliophile).

  • If you could teach one class at Hogwarts, what would it be and why? Choose one? What an evil question. I suppose I'd have to go with Transfiguration because I find the premise of it intriguing. I've always wondered what dictates how you transfigure something (not sure if that came out correctly) and what the limitations are.

  • This year, The TriWizard Tournament is being held once again and you're of age. Do you put your name in the Goblet? Why or why not? I'm not entirely sure, but for now I'll say that I would put my name in the Goblet. I've no clue as to the measure of my bravery, it's impossible to know until a moment arises for you to act so, but the adventure of the Tournament sounds thrilling and the 1,000 galleons doesn't sound to bad either. Also, there's always a chance that my name wouldn't be drawn.

  • If you could choose your animagus form, what would it be and why? I'd go with a cat. It's common enough in many parts of the world so that it wouldn't seem terribly out of place; I love their eccentric behavior, and I'd love to be as nimble as a cat.

  • What HP character do you identify with most and why? Depends on what mood I am and how biased I'm feeling. Perhaps a mixture between Hermione and Neville. I definately have Hermione hair, I love books, am a geek for learning, and I can be bossy. However, I'm also a procrastinator, which makes me simultaneously very different from Hermione. As for being similar to Neville I am cognizant of the fact that on some occasions I have the gracefullness of a drunken ox on it's hind legs (in other words I'm dead clumsy), I'm forgetfull, and if there's a way to mess things up you can bet I'll find a way to do it.

  • What would you see if you looked into the Mirror of Erised? Probably a perfect life
    .
  • If you won a million dollars, how would you spend it? Save half of it, give a quarter to charity, pay off bills, buy a comfortable home for myself, buy expensive gifts for loved ones, and splurge the rest

  • What was your ideal job as a kid? Has that changed? What is your ideal job now? An inventor. I remember one of my greatest "inventions" was a pen that made whatever you drew in the air real. As for now I have no clue. Maybe something dealing with the Arts or a career as a librarian.

  • If you were able to invent one spell, potion, or charm, what would it do, what would you use it for or how would you use it, and what would you call it? A spell that would best be compared to a hologram. You could use a combination of clay figurines (for the three-dimensional aspect) and a picture(s) (colors, style, etc, etc) on a parchment to project the desired hologram into the air, and also a spoken spell to bring everything together.

  • If you were to face a boggart, what would it turn into? And what does it turn into when you throw the counter-spell, Riddikulus? All the negative aspects of myself. Myself literally bouncing off the walls.

  • What do you look for in a friend? An odd sense of humor, some intelligence, some of the same interests I have, loyalty

  • What trait most annoys you about other people? A closed mind (from lack of curiosity to never being willing to change their opinion)

  • What do you think are your top five abilities or qualities? Curiosity, stubborness, kindness, creativity, and I'm eccentric

  • What do you think are your top five weaknesses or worst qualities? Tendency towards arrogance (if only in thought), stubborness, wanting perfection in myself, laziness, and thoughts of inferiority

  • Define in your own words the following key traits:
    • Courage: Overcoming your fear to perform an act, or to act in a certain way even when you know there will be negative effects (especially socially). In my opinion for there to be courage there must be fear. How can you say someone is brave if they don't worry about what they face? For people who are terrified of snakes it would take tremendous courage to even touch a relatively harmless snake, yet a zoo-handler would might enjoy, or at least feel no fear, in handling such a snake. Also knowing what negative outocome a certain action would have can require bravery, especially if friends are involved. For example, it might take great courage for someone to do something different than his/her friends.
    • Loyalty: Being there for someone when it would be more expedient to leave them, even when you'll be ridiculed for doing so.
    • Intelligence: Thinking for yourself-not just regurgitating facts. Anyone can parrot what's in a book with enough practice, but intelligence requires the ability to truly excell at something. It also doesn't have to remain limited to books and traditional academics.
    • Ambition: Wanting to have something better for yourself, especially if it's far off.
