I belong in...?

What sort of profession in the wizarding world would you choose and why?
Professional Quidditch player. I have always been fascinated with the game, and the rules. It really gets me going. The competition of teams just going at it against each other. The thought of racing around on brooms, hitting bludgers (especially at other players), and all of it is just so electrifying to me. It's the most amazing sport ever been created. If not that, then maybe something to do with building racing brooms, like the next installment of the Firebolt or Nimbus.

If you could teach one class at Hogwarts, what would it be and why?
Defense Against the Dark Arts. I've always been drawn to the subject of it. It's a really deep, and interesting subject. Defense Against the Dark Arts could possibly save your life, especially in dueling circumstances, or like if you're caught in a fight with a Death Eater. Dark spells should be appealing to anyone, even without intent on using them. I think it’s just an important subject to learn. Sometimes it could be fun and games, but it's all real in there. It could be the difference between an inch from death, and, of course, death.

This year, The TriWizard Tournament is being held once again and you're of age. Do you put your name in the Goblet? Why or why not?
No, I wouldn't. I know the risks of the TriWizard Tournament, and I wouldn't be willing to give up my life just to have "eternal glory". I would have to have a greater reason than that to participate. If and when that reason would come up, I would try to come up with some type of strategy before going straight into a task. I would do everything in my power to at least save my own life. Other than that, I don't think I would be brave enough, nor have the courage to handle the level of stress involved in it.

If you could choose your animagus form, what would it be and why?
Wolf. I have always loved wolves. They are so mystical, and yet so natural. They're like the essence of survival, and know how to do it. To me, it's like they're a link between the fantasy world, and the natural world; they also hold the secrets of both.

What HP character do you identify with most and why?
Remus Lupin. First off, I am obsessed with werewolves, but him being one is not the only reason. I feel a great connection to the character. I know the feeling of loneliness and difference. I know that inside myself that I am a great person and that's what I try to show people, and that's what Remus does. He wants people, wizards and muggles, to see him for the person that he is, and not the monster. He tries to be helpful wherever he can, as do I. I can understand all of his reasons for everything he does, and I feel he's really me, or the closest thing to it. He seems wise, and caring of others, which is kind of how I am as well. Also, in my opinion, he was the best Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher Hogwarts has ever had and will have!

What would you see if you looked into the Mirror of Erised?
Myself, of course, with my true love, the one I'd spend the rest of my life with, and with our children. Perhaps my best of friends would be there too behind us. I think that is all that I would really need to be happy, nothing more than that. In fact, "all you need is love."

If you won a million dollars, how would you spend it?
After waking from consciousness of winning the million, being sort of wise, I think I would put about $500,000 into savings or towards college, and then with the other $500,000, I'd use it for my spending pleasure. I'd probably use it on the simple necessities, such as clothing, and conserve it. I doubt I'd buy anything too large and spend it all at once.

What was your ideal job as a kid? Has that changed? What is your ideal job now?
I don't really recall what it was. It had definitely changed so much. I could never really keep it to one thing; I was a kid anyways, so I didn't really have a straight-headed mind set. Now, I would like to do something in the film entertainment business. I mean be one of the crew members, one of the guys behind the camera where the real magic happens. Maybe a director, since I do have a creative side, except the problem is I'm much more of a follower than a leader. When I work with a camera, I feel somehow at home with myself. I get to use my vision, and I get to show it to others. Most of the time it would be my vision, and my vision alone, no one else's; that's what I want. It just kind of sets me free. It gives me a rush that I can't explain, a high. That's an ideal job for me, to bring me that much pleasure.

If you were able to invent one spell, potion, or charm, what would it do, what would you use it for or how would you use it, and what would you call it?
I think I could create a potion. Scenario: A wizard walks into the Leaky Cauldron, and he's lonely. He wants to make contact with a certain witch that maybe he could find himself living a long-term relationship together with her, yet he is unsure of himself and doesn't know which of them to go to (scenario end). I think I would make a potion that would help the wizard find a certain witch he would like. Not a love potion exactly, more of a guiding potion, yet not like Felix Felicius. It would be a potion that would show the user whom he or she could be more compatible given desirable length in relationship based on amount drank at once (say a little sip could be for the evening, then a full glass would be for the rest of the user's natural life). It would not help user on what on to say or anything of course but just more of tell the user of a person's qualities to see if they could possibly like the person or not. I would call it the "Matchmaker" elixir.

If you were to face a boggart, what would it turn into? And what does it turn into when you throw the counter-spell, Riddikulus?
Myself alone, without someone to love or any friends. I don’t like being alone by myself with nothing to do, or no one to talk to. I guess the Riddikulus counter to the boggart would be my friends and myself dancing like the guy from the Six Flags commercials. I think that’s just pretty funny, and the song rules!

What do you look for in a friend?
At first, I just look for a friend by just talking to them. I like to figure out people’s interests, and see what we have in common. I consider friendship on 3 levels: acquaintance-ship, friendship, and family-ship. If I feel a strong bond, enough to move into an actual friendship, then I start looking for trust and faithfulness. If in a rare occasion that a friend can make it to family-ship, which is like how I refer to someone as family but they’re not in my family, I would look for honesty, thought sharing, and most of all, loyalty.

What trait most annoys you about other people?
When people are just straight-up drama queen, prima donna things that just need every single bit of attention. Especially if you do something wrong in their eyes, which it could be something very little, and they turn it into something big. I think it honestly just makes no sense at all, and they just need to calm down. I also don’t like narrow-minded people who only see things their way, and think it’s the only way. The world is full of differences, and I think they should grow up and live with it. I just want to tell them all to get over themselves.

What do you think are your top five abilities or qualities?
I honestly know, that I am loyal. I stay there for my friends when they need me, and I keep their secrets. I would die for a select few of my friends, which some of whom I have never actually met. I believe in the best of people, and I try to encourage their success. In other words, I guess I'm compassionate. I try to see an individual person, not the race or anything else. I have a good self-esteem, and I feel good about myself. I try not to let others bring me down. I have a pretty level sense of humor. I like to laugh at something that I think is funny, and not at something that is supposed be laughed at. I can give out a fair amount of jokes myself. I have a relaxed lifestyle that I'm happy with. It's the way I want it, and I think its good that way.

What do you think are your top five weaknesses or worst qualities?
I know the one that I personally hate the most, is my lack of physical strength. I just have weak muscles, and I hate them because I can’t really use them to defend my beliefs or my friends and loved ones. I do see the alternative to that though, because I know you should never resort to violence. Brains over brawn. I think another fault I may have is that I’m pretty easily manipulated by others because of trust issues. I believe in a good in people, too much, I’m afraid. I’m a definite procrastinator on everything that I do, and I hate it. I know I should get it done and do it, but I don’t. Sometimes I think I’m a little too serious than what I should be, or come off more serious than what I really am. I know sometimes when people crack jokes that it’s really a joke, but then sometimes I don’t and I take it too literally and a little more abusively. I wish I didn’t over analyze things like that. I also think my last weakness is that I speak before I say things, and I just let it out. I don’t think what I could hurt someone, or something like that, before it happens. It’s not that I mean to.

Define in your own words the following key traits:
Courage: Bravery to stand up in fight. Holding your ground when you know you can't win. Fighting for something you believe in, even if you're alone.
Loyalty: The most noble quality of all. Respect to those you care for. Being there for someone who needs you. Keeping their secrets when they need to be kept, unless it is potentially harmful to them or others. Willingness to die for their protection.
Intelligence: Ability to see things on different levels other than just the one thats in front of you. Knowledge. Knowing the difference between what is right and what is easy.
Ambition: Eagerness to get what you want, and strive for it. Self-determination.
