Cate Blanchett as Minerva McGonagall. She's got the range so why not.
Hugh Grant as Gilderoy Lockhart. Did he basically play this character in D&D? Yes he did.
Chiwetel Ejiofor As Quirinus Quirrell. I think he would have a really interesting take on this character!
