had to go to see my personal tutor for like a 5mins meeting waste of time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! which has only aggravated the way i feel
had a really bad panick attack last nite and it really scared me as iv not had one for a few months now and i dnt wanna go through all that again... been feeling sick all day :(
so all is not good
