Dr. 90210 really is amazing television. Basically, each episode revolves around a person or persons who are undergoing some kind of cosmetic surgery. It follows them around before, during and after the surgery and it's really, really entertaining to watch these people act out the hatred they feel for themselves on the inside. It also gives some insight into what plastic surgeons think of the things they do. My plastic surgeon was allegedly featured in an episode, though I don't know which one exactly. In this episode, Lucy is going in for rhinoplasty, and Jesse is going in for buried penis correction.
