Consider humanity. Our whole lives we struggle against ourselves, against our nature. As humans, our bodies and minds constantly tell us to do what everyone around us tells us is wrong to do.

What kind of a God would create mankind, give them a set of instincts, emotions and being, then demand they, in essence, become something other than what they really are or suffer the consequences, viz, burn in hell.

I mean, I have ex-girlfriends who act this way. "Either you change or I'll make you pay!" Notably, this conversation never includes "Maybe I should have chosen someone I really wanted in the first place." 10,000 years later, and we're still trying to appease our Angry Girlfriend in the Sky.

I believe in God. The existence of a watch directly implies a watchmaker. However, if this is true, then the existence of a poor watch indicates an incapable watchmaker.
