(no subject)
We're in Hanoi. Tomorrow we set off on a motorcycle loop to Lai Chau, Dien Bien Phu and Sapa. I'm so excited to take my sister on this trip, both because she loves driving a motorcycle too, and also because Northern Vietnam is one of the most beautiful places in the entire world. I've coerced everyone I know who I think would like it to come out here and do a trip with me, but everyone has turned me down. Boo, dad. Boo.
In other news, I have intestinal parasites!!!
After two weeks of severe GI problems I figured it must be that, so I went to the doctor who inspected me for five minutes and confirmed my suspicions. TOTALLY SWEET. I've never had worms before! You'd figure I would've had them a couple times over by now, considering how completely irresponsible and reckless I am with my own health and gastronomy. The fact that it's my first time with worms makes me kind of attached to them (that is not a god damn pun), and I want to name them.
I'd like everyone's ideas on what to name the worms that live in my intestines.
