It's horrible.
I can't speak.
I can't feel my mouth.

My mouth is bleeding, and it's heading
into my stomach. I feel like I'm goign to puke.

I just want to feel my mouth.

But it was painless.
I'll talk about the good stuff
when I don't feel like tossing.
