I don't feel too bad about it, although I won't see her again for a long time.
I might take a trip to NYC and stay with her one weekend. I think that would be good. Can't beat a free weekend to stay in NYC with a pretty girl : )
but suddenly the world disappeared, and it's like ghost town in Amherst.
friday night i was in jess's dorm, and everyone had abandoned things.
laudry detergent, fans, old computers, monitors, pieces of beds, pennies, used lighters, shelves, wastebackets, rugs.
we rummaged around a bit, i felt like an iraqi looter.
all i took were nearly full bottles of laundry detergent and a brita filter.
today took a t.v. but it doesn't work i don't think.
anyway, it's like ghost town. i worked today and suddenly it was back to being insanely not busy.
i read almost an entire sunday paper.
Seth is here. we are gonna hang out with Megan from our band. she is cool i think we could have fun together.
so the summer won't be so bad... painting once a week or so, stayin' at dunkin donuts most the other week... so weekends won't be free but whatever. i will take two or so days off in rows.
i am going to try to stay in contact with summer people living here.

we could go bowling or swimming or play racquetball or climb a mountain have a picnic fly a kite
there are many wonderful times to be had, i just have to have them : )
