Ok, On a subject of food, and I know these will look disgusting, but I want to try these unique food treasures sometime before I die (these things would probably kill me):
From Quebec, the Poutine:
French fries, topped with cheese curd, and topped again with some special gravy they have up there. WIth that much fat in one dish, gotta be delicious, and apparently it is very popular there.
And from Sweden, the Tunnbrödsrulle:
Oooo Yes, flat bread, mashed potatoes, hot dog, and a variety of other things. I would go for that deluxe one, with shrimp salad in it...
