Roasted garlic is so delicious. I've never been willing to use the whole oven for only one bulb of garlic but I found an alternative by watching the Food Network. You can actually roast garlic on your stove top! I made it, mashed it all up, and ate it with baked brie. I even added balsamic vinegar for extra flair. I can't wait to use it in a pasta sauce.
