No, those are in Wal-mart

So yesterday at work I had a couple ask me if I could do a price match/price beat to Wal-mart for a World Of Warcraft 60 day time card, so I call a few wal-marts. They don't have them in, so I try a few more, and the sixth one's conversation goes like this:

this part is fine:
Customer Service: Wal-mart, how may i direct your call?
Me: Can I have electronics please?
Customer Servive: One second, I'll transfer you over

AND then the fun part

Electronics:Electronics, how may I help you?
Me: Hi, I was wondering if you had any World of Warcraft time cards in, and how much they are?
Electronics: One sec, let me check.
*five minutes later*
Electronics: What was it you asked for? I didn't understand.
Me: *wondering to myself: "then what the fuck did you look for?!"* The 60 day time cards/game cards for World Of Warcraft.
Electronics: Oh right, um... let me check
*Another five minutes go by*
Electronics: Hi, no those are in wal-mart, not here
Me: Um... i'm pretty sure that's where I called
Electronics: Yes, but this is electronics, you need wal-mart
Me: Again, you are wal-mart.
Electronics: I know, but they are kept in wal-mart
Me: Right then..... I don't see the problem then. The Electronics department is part of Wal-mart...
Electronics: I know, but they are still kept in Wal-mart..

I then just hung up because they were hurting my brain.

Next time I answer a phone call that is for something from another department (such as damn blank cds or ipod crap) I am totally gonna say "No, sorry those are kept in Future Shop"
