Death of Jacuzzi, Birth of Pink Tornado!
Today was the last Jacuzzi show ever. Even though I didn't play synth for them, I don't really feel that sad. Charlie Slick is vastly superior to myself and I was pretty much just a fill in so they could play live anyway. All of the bands played very well, I had an amazing time watching Charlie Slick. He's one of best live acts I've ever seen. Jacuzzi played their acoustic set after...it was pretty good, it was weird seeing it though, I suppose I just felt weird not being there with them.
During the show I made sure to talk with Shawn and Teddy about Pink Tornado!. We're all in and we have a drummer. His name is Colin, I've never really met him, but I've heard he's a super good guy. So far this means we have three synths, guitar, drums, and vocals. I have a bass player in mind. This is going to be fun...I actually get to write songs with this band, that's a big step up.
