first you have to upload them to a picture hosting site.
like angelfire, photobucket, or something along those lines..

then you take the link to the uploaded picture and put <*img src="link to your picture goes here"*>

but take out the stars

i deff. prefer imageshack. Its a longer hosting program, your pics never expire.
