I have figured it out!

In Second Chance I have finally figured out a way to deal with Seiya being able to use the Sagittarius Cloth while Aiolos is alive! You see....Shiryu wears the Libra Cloth during the fight with Posiden! Roshi was still alive at that point but Shiryu was actively using the cloth. I assume that means that Roshi somehow gave permission for Shiryu to temporarily use his cloth, and Shiryu was able to because he has the seventh sense. I have to work out the details, but at least I've found a way to make it work.

I've got two scenes for the next Second Chance written, and I think Part IV will contain four scenes total.
