To Whom It May Concern:
I have made several attempts to schedule a time to move out of my apartment (#107 located at 1202 Hudson Street). On three occasions I have been told I would be called back with a time. I have never heard back.
I am writing to inform you that I will set my own time: Saturday, the 25th of October, from 11am to 4pm. You may choose to have a representative escort me into the building or not. I see that the police are no longer guarding the building and there are no posted signs indicating I am not allowed in.
I do still expect to have my October rent returned to me immediately, and my security deposit made available shortly after I move out.
