I stumbled across a list online recently, of "One Hundred Books To Read Before You Die". I had already read thirty or so so I decided to get started on the others. One Hundred Years of Solitude takes awhile to digest. It's wonderful but damn is it weird in parts.
Have you gotten to the bit where one of the many versions of Jose and his girl are "dressing up" his penis.

... don't think so but it sounds like something that's bound to happen sooner or later. Ursula just died so I have around eighty pages to go... hopefully finish it tonight... marathon coffee and reading session required!
