Ugh - just spent two hours on a conference call, and for the last hour the sound kept fading out every couple of minutes. Especially tiring cos I kept having to try and catchup and reconstruct what people were saying and was very hard to contribute cos once I'd worked out what was going on everyone was onto something else or on a spiel...
