Ooh thunder!
I am heroically managing to stay above half the total-novels-read-this-year-mark set by kathrynlinge and homonculus . However, I've just discovered a lode of quite-quick-to-read Westerfeld at my local library, and have hopes these will boost me into the 4/7th's range...
Is it sensible to take library books when travelling?
Off to Vanuatu (too early) Monday. Things not so much coming together as exploding. Scheduled meetings changing left and right. Data gaps which should've been sorted are found to be not. I still have to finish stuff for other projects, etc., and prep a presentation for Monday arvo (hopefully not straight from the airport. It was meant to be Tuesday and I was going to spend Monday prepping for it - have hardly even done any background reading!). Blah. Somehow not TOO stressed about it though. Will probably mostly be able to ignore on weekend. And am also going out tonight. Naughty.
