...that was unexpected. Just had an unexpectedly quick and efficient experience with Dell fixing my laptop's messed-up screen. I did have to spend a couple of half hours on the phone to them, but is all done.

[Edit: If that wasn't clear, they actually got a guy to come out to my work and meet me and totally replace the screen on-the-spot, as I continued work next to him. The phonage was just to make sure someone was coming and knew how to find me].
