Went and saw Hot Fuzz last night. Quite enjoyed it. I usually manage to go in to movies relatively unencumbered by expectations, but this time I kept worrying during the film that it would all go wrong and wouldn't live up to my expectations from Shaun of the Dead. I'm almost envious of anyone who sees it without any preconceptions.

Also saw the preview for Black Sheep, which I'm quite looking forward to. Effects by Weta. Speaking of which, in a little town in Coromandel, we came across this:
