i am finally going to get to go to a(nother) gig. after the Grates cancelled their Geelong show things looked dreary. now the lil' buggers are off to the UK without so much a hoo-har over our way >_<
but, despite an almost ticket-disaster and a cancelled babysitter, tomorrow (today in one minute) night i am (so far) going to see Augie March at the infamous Nash with trahar and eilishdeavalon.
last night i dreamt that the lead singer Glenn got a pretzel stuck in his throat and couldn't sing, so trahar got up and filled in for him. no offence Ry, but let's hope that doesn't happen =P
oh, littlegirllost_how i wish i had the tech to record the gig for your tender ears. but alas, i am as much an experienced bootlegging pyrate as i am a ultra- flexible Romanian gymnast.
and for one crowded hour, you were the only one in the room...
