I'm going nuts.
Ok, I am training this new guy here at work. He is one of those overly religious uh..uhmmm.. extremists. Now I am a very tolerant person. One of my best friends from (Catholic) school became a priest. A good buddy (Abdi) from work here is muslim. I dont have any problems sitting around talking about our differences or answering questions. Debating different points can even be fun. Criticizing someone else for their religious choice is crossing the line. This guy is so narrow minded I cant stand it. He is causing problems with other workers already. Its not just his views, but things he is doing are crossing the line. There may be a time and place for some of what he is doing, but the work place is not the proper forum.
Abdi and I were going to have dinner together, but he was running late and didnt have time to stop. So I bought pizza for us here tonight... new guy included... he went off on one of his tangents... so I did something equally improper. I asked cecilia if she would show him her tattoo. Its not in a place that should be displayed in the workplace either. Anyway long story short she did. That shut him up for a while. Damn I might be evil. Last night Jason, the guy that will be on shift with new guy, said he wanted to stab him in the eye with a pin. If that gives you any idea ... (fucker is trying to read over my shoulder)... how bad it is. Like I was telling someone earlier. My boss was demoted, and the manager fired. There isnt anyone really in charge here for now. I guess I might email our director in Indy...
